  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Classic Wall Finishes (www.bestfurniturepaint.com) offers home and business deliveries by UPS Ground primarily and occasionally USPS.

    Shipping rates originate form our east coast location (07739 zip code) and are based on actual real-time UPS and USPS shipping rates to your address.

    Once you've placed an order with Classic Wall Finishes, you order will be processed within 1-3 business days -allow shipping time after that.  Most orders shipping to NJ, CT, PA, and parts of MA arrive the next day.  After filling most orders should arrive within 2-10 business days depending on where you live in the United States.  Ground shipments are based on actual transit time after the processing period.  Please remember there are no weekend or holiday deliveries for UPS.  UPS Requires a street address,  P.O. Boxes not allowed.

    Although we try hard to keep enough stock on hand, occasionally we will run out of a product.  We will make a note on the item that it is out of stock and to not order.  We do not allow backorders.   

    Please note that sometimes we will split your order into multiple packages to provide you with more efficient service.  Also please realize that the Chalk Paint® quarts can vary in weight by as much as 8 ounces depending on the color selected because of the tints used to create the particular color.


     



  • Sales Tax

  • Classic Wall Finishes charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is shipped within the state of New Jersey.  



  • Return Policy

  • Classic Wall Finishes -Returns may be made within 14 days of receiving merchandise.  Materials returned must be unopened and unused.  It is customers responsibility to return merchandise in a sellable form.  Items must be returned in exact same condition as shipped.

        •    Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee
        •    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
        •    Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
        •    Please note:
        1.    Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
        2.    The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parkage using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
        3.    The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
        4.    You will be given a credit  on your original method of payment less shipping costs and taxes if applicable.
        5.    All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. Custom Colored Chalk Paint cannot be returned. All sales on books, are final and can not be returned.

    We do not accept returns for dented paint cans.  Dents do not harm the paint and often times can be popped out.  We make every effort to pack your order so dents or leaks will not occur.  We have to deal with machinery at UPS and USPS that randomly tosses the boxes so occasionally dents can occur.  We just repour into another container if needed.
